Returns & Exchanges

In-store Purchases: 

All items are FINAL SALE, and this is because we purchase in small batches which allows us to bring you the freshest and most fashionable finds. We however, do understand that sometimes you have a change of heart, or you might have purchased this item for a gift which is why we offer a 14 day exchange policy. Simply bring in your receipt, the item(s) in unworn/unwashed condition with all tags attached and original packaging for merchandise credit valid for 1 year. Items found in unsalable condition, will  be returned to you or disposed of. Items that are excluded from our exchange policy include: Seasonal items, bath & body products, food items, plush, intimates and AS IS items.

Mail Order Purchases: 

We try our best to process orders within 48 hours however, we are humans and not robots therefore, we sometimes take up to five business days. If you have a change of heart, you may cancel your order prior to shipment by calling (937) 436-3003.  We want you to love your purchase therefore if for any reason you are un-happy with your products you can return your purchase for a refund less delivery fees within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in resalable condition and include tags attached, original packaging, be unworn and unwashed. Items found in unsaleable condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and promptly disposed of. While it is not mandatory we do suggest you insure or add a tracking number to your return because Pi Style is not responsible for items until they arrive at our store. Items that are final sale and are excluded from the return/exchange policy include seasonal merchandise, bath & body products, food items, intimates, plush and AS IS items. 

#Formula4style box returns/exchanges: As always we want you to love your purchase which is why the box can be returned complete for an in-boutique credit or refund. Love just a few items? No problem, you can still return the unloved items to us, however, you are responsible for any difference and will be buying those items at full retail value. So, if you keep an item of $80 value and the original price of the box was $50, you will be responsible for the $30 + any applicable taxes. On the other side if you keep an $15 item and you purchased the box at $50, you will be rewards an in-boutique credit for $35 or refunded in your original form of payment. In case of return/exchange we ask that you contact us within 14 days of receipt for an RA#. The return shipping is at buyers cost, and we ask that you choose a service with tracking as we are not responsible for packages until they arrive to the boutique. All exchanges or returned items must be in original condition and include tags/original packaging (jewelry bags ect..). 


Damage Claims: 

If the package and its contents appear damaged, immediately contact our order department to file a claim. Keep ALL cartons and packing material. Do not return the package to us without contacting us. You may lose your right to file a claim.
